Our rooms in Sesto

• In the winter season: With the HolidayPass unlimited use of the ski buses in Pustertal and all public transport (including the regional railway) in the whole of South Tyrol. For example, the train ride from the Sexten Dolomites to Kronplatz and vice versa in just 40 minutes with the Ski Pustertal Express
• In Summer the exclusive guest card SextenCard will be available for your holidays in Sexten/Sesto. When activated, the SextenCard – available in 3 variants – includes numerous leisure and mobility offers.
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
• The rooms can be booked either with breakfast only or with half board.
  During your stay with us in Sesto you can look forward to a rich breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 10.00 am.
• You can enjoy dinner (when booking with half board) between 6.30 and 8.00 pm.
  Here you have the choice between two different menus and can help yourself to the salad buffet.
• We also offer our guests places to retreat and lounges for sociable and relaxed moments outside of their own room. On the 1st floor you can use a cosy lounge for reading and relaxing, while the larger room on the 2nd floor is the ideal place to play cards and have a chat. Outside, you can use our large terrace with sun loungers on warm days.
• Your skis can be stored in our ski depot (with ski boot warmer).
• Although we do not have a wellness area, we are happy to provide our guests with a list of available “Day spas” in the immediate vicinity.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a storage facility for bicycles.

• Payment methods:
  From 1 January 2023, it will no longer be permitted to pay amounts of more than € 4,999.99 with cash in Italy. However, the following means of payment are permitted: ATM card, credit card and non-transferable cheque.
• Cancellation conditions:
  The Italian consumer protection code does not cover a right of withdrawal. However, we apply the following conditions to cancellation: Cancellation of your booked rooms/apartments is only possible without charge up to 30 days before arrival. Later cancellations, late arrivals or early departures will incur cancellation charges:In case of cancellation between 7 days and the day of arrival, 70% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.If cancelled between 30 and 7 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

  In case of early departure and late arrival, 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

• Travel insurance:
  And what if something happens?
  Whether you can’t start your holiday at all or have to return earlier – protect yourself and simply book travel insurance: Calculate premium and book via Europäische Reiseversicherung.
  The travel cancellation insurance must be taken out at the same time as the booking.If you take out the insurance at a later date, it will only cover you from the 10th day after the premium has been paid.Information required in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council

The prices are for bed and breakfast (BB) or half-board (HB), per day and person for a minimum stay of 3 days and include all additional expenses (drinks and local tax excluded).

• Local tax
  The prices quoted do not include local tax (from 14 years of age), which is paid on site.
  2023: 1.90 Euro per person and day (in the hotel)Surcharge for short stays up to 2 nights:

  15% surcharge when booking with half boardChild reductions: Children up to 2 years in parents’ room (cot) free of charge (except dinner).
  50% discount for children up to 8 years (with extra bed).
  20% discount for children up to 14 years (with extra bed).
• Deposit:
  Reservations are only binding after you have received a written confirmation from us by fax, e-mail or post and have paid the deposit of 30% of the price of the stay at least one month before arrival.

• Check-in / Check-out:
  The rooms can be occupied from 3 p.m.
  On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m.
• Pets are allowed on request. We charge 10.00 Euro per day without food.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment.
