Our holiday apartments in Sexten are located about 50 m from the hotel and are beautifully and modernly furnished. The larger of our holiday apartments has a farmhouse stove and a large balcony that runs over the entire length of the house. The smaller of the two apartments has a large terrace.

    • In the winter season: With the HolidayPass unlimited use of the ski buses in Pustertal and all public transport (including the regional railway) in the whole of South Tyrol. For example, the train ride from the Sexten Dolomites to Kronplatz and vice versa in just 40 minutes with the Ski Pustertal Express
    • In Summer the exclusive guest card SextenCard will be available for your holidays in Sexten/Sesto. When activated, the SextenCard – available in 3 variants – includes numerous leisure and mobility offers.
    • Although we do not have a wellness area, we are happy to provide our guests with a list of available “Day  spas” in the immediate vicinity.
    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a storage facility for bicycles
Booking information
  • Payment methods:
    From 1 January 2023, it will no longer be permitted to pay amounts of more than € 4.999.99 with cash in Italy. However, the following means of payment are permitted: ATM card, credit card and non-transferable cheque.
  • Cancellation conditions:
    The Italian consumer protection code does not cover a right of withdrawal. However, we apply the following conditions to cancellation: Cancellation of your booked rooms/apartments is only possible without charge up to 30 days before arrival. Later cancellations, late arrivals or early departures will incur cancellation charges:
    In case of cancellation between 7 days and the day of arrival, 70% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
     
    If cancelled between 30 and 7 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
     
    In case of early departure and late arrival, 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
  • Travel insurance:
    And what if something happens?
    Whether you can’t start your holiday at all or have to return earlier – protect yourself and simply book travel insurance: Calculate premium and book via Europäische Reiseversicherung.
    The travel cancellation insurance must be taken out at the same time as the booking.If you take out the insurance at a later date, it will only cover you from the 10th day after the premium has been paid.Information required in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and CouncilPlatform of the European Commission for the online settlement of consumer disputes (ODR) European Commission
Price information

Off-season minimum stay is 5 days, during the season 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday). 

  • Local tax
    The prices quoted do not include local tax (from 14 years of age), which is paid on site.
    2024: 2,50 Euro per person and day (in the apartments)
  • final cleaning: 50 Euros,-
  • Deposit:
    Reservations are only binding after you have received a written confirmation from us by fax, e-mail or post and have paid the deposit of 30% of the price of the stay at least one month before arrival.
Holiday info/Nice to know
  • Check-in / Check-out:
    The apartments can be occupied within 4 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 a.m.
  • We ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted in the apartments.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and in the entire house.
